But each of us is innately strong, resilient, and equipped with all the resources necessary to move through life’s challenges, although sometimes we need a little assistance in uncovering or re-establishing these qualities.
I believe I am well placed to help you do that and can help you rediscover the feeling of empowerment,

My name is Anneleen and I work with clients to restore their inner balance when things can feel like too much to cope with alone.
My therapy approach is solution-focused, collaborative and holistic. It will be entirely tailored around you and your unique situation, goals and values.
