Bad habits come in a variety of shapes and sizes and can be annoying to yourself and others, tiresome, embarrassing and sometimes damaging. They can impact on your quality of life and create the distressing feeling that your actions are beyond your control.

How much better would you feel if you were the master of your own actions? Of your own body?

Many people find that the confidence they gain from conquering an undesired habit spreads to other areas of their lives, and as a therapist, that’s always a wonderful thing for me to hear.

The good news is that Habit Reversal Treatment is proven to be around 90% successful for cracking habits.

During the treatment, we will fully explore where and how the habit works and how you can bring it into your sphere of awareness (versus doing it automatically).

 

We’ll create an opposing physical response tailored for you, help you practice and perfect that response and use hypnosis for imaginal work to prepare you for applying the treatment after the session.
